Private Water

Where water is being supplied from a private water system ie a Borehole, we understand the importance of making sure that a water treatment programme is tailored to your system and conforms to the Drinking water inspectorate, DWI regulations 2018.

Legionella Risk Assessment

Water Risk Assessments are vital, not just because Legislation and Regulations require them, but because they help formulate what needs to be done to your system to ensure it’s safe, from planned preventative maintenance regimes to remedial works. Our Legionella Risk Assessments are carried out in house by our fully trained, City and Guilds accredited risk assessors. All our risk assessments come with schematics and follow the set legislation and guidelines:

Water Softeners

In areas suffering from hard water, scaling is a constant concern and issue within water systems. Calcium and magnesium in the water forms scale on tap outlets, showers, water heater coils, immersion heaters and tea boilers, alike. When left for a prolonged period, it can cause staining as well as performance issues within water heaters, pipework and other areas leading to increased energy consumption and utility bills.

We can offer our expertise to conduct a site survey with recommendations for the correct Commercial Water Softener for your property to ensure soft water is supplied to all required
areas.

Water Hygiene

Our team are able to assist with all areas of Water Hygiene planned preventative maintenance (PPM) regimes. These regimes are vital as they contribute to reduce the risk of Legionella growth within a buildings water system. The works we offer include but are not limited to the tasks listed below:

Closed Systems

At Commercial Environmental Services, we’re experienced with working on closed water systems to current legislation BG-50, carrying out a variety of works including regular monitoring, testing and remedial works.

All works completed will include a service report from a member of our team which will detail the works carried out and the system quality pre and post works.

Water Treatment
